Replacement Policy

It is possible that a locksmith may cut your key incorrectly. To avoid this, stick to the following rules:

- NEVER take your key to a place like Walmart or Home Depot unless you absolutely must
- ALWAYS use a true local locksmith in your area (they'll always do a better job, and it's great to support local businesses)
- ALWAYS use an original key to make a copy

I got The Key of Light, and it's great for my hands that are a little bit bigger. I would like to thank the seller that was at Rose City Comic Con this year (2019). He did a great job, and I hope to buy more for my future homes.

Beautiful key, arrived quickly and works very well.

I ordered this key as an anniversary gift on 3/31/19 for my boyfriend, though I believe I'll be buying all of my future keys from HerosArmory. :) It's a bit pricier than I'm used to paying, as I'm not the most wealthy individual, but the keys are much sturdier than a cheaper one.

It arrived on 4/6/19 in TX. The quality is beautiful, the key is a very satisfying weight, though very weighty compared to a key from a key kiosk, which is where my own house key is from.

This key performs much better than expected. I took it to my local Walmart (Automotive Department) in order to have it cut, and it ended up perfect. It opens my front door better than my own personal key does.

I'd been planning for months to buy him this gift, and it seems like he likes it so far. My boyfriend is moving in this May, so I hope he loves his new house key as much as I love him. :)
