Shipping policy

 

General Shipping

All shipments within the contiguous USA are free for customers who order $50 or more worth of product (after discounts are applied). International shipping varies. Generally, orders placed with us will leave our warehouse within 2-4 business days. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us (Note: If you have a Gmail account, check your Promotional inbox, and add support@herosarmory.com to your contacts). Generally, we will ship all orders via USPS. We reserve the right to use any carrier. Please note that Hero's Armory does not track every package internally, and we therefore are unaware when an item does not arrive to our customers. If you ordered an item and it never arrived, it is your responsibility to reach out so we can come up with a solution.

International Shipping

Due to the nature of the products we sell here at Hero's Armory, shipping is offered via the USPS and other carriers based on your local service conditions. These rates typically range from $10.50 to $24.50, and possibly higher depending on the operational status of your local delivery provider. To see accurate shipping costs, add the items you'd like to your cart and go through the checkout process. Before purchasing, you'll see the actual shipping prices. These prices are subject to change if/when shipping providers make any changes to their shipping costs.

Note regarding house keys:

The keyways offered at Hero's Armory are not guaranteed to match the native locks of your country. As such, we will not be offering refunds or exchanges for any international customers who buy from our online store that later discover these keys are not compatible with his or her locks, as it is the sole responsibility of the customer to assure the KW1 or SC1 keyway is compatible with his or her lock. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Damages & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products that we have manufactured ourselves, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. However, if your item is damaged or defective in any way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. Most of our products are backed by our manufacturer’s warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact us and let us know the problem. If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we’ll help you get a total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
