It is possible that a locksmith may cut your key incorrectly. To avoid this, stick to the following rules:

- NEVER take your key to a place like Walmart or Home Depot unless you absolutely must
- ALWAYS use a true local locksmith in your area (they'll always do a better job, and it's great to support local businesses)
- ALWAYS use an original key to make a copy

Awesome customer service and products

I purchased a whole set of keys for my family which we all loved. We actually had to get new locks installed so we had to get a whole new set. I reached out regarding an issue and their support team was amazing and helped me super quick and my new keys were out and arrived in a couple of days. Suffice it to say, I’ll be getting any and and all keys from them in the future. They look and function great and their team definitely cares to make sure you as a customer are taken care of.

Second time buying this. The first one I purchased has lasted at least 3 years before it broke. It's a larger key easy to find in the dark. Would recommend
