It is possible that a locksmith may cut your key incorrectly. To avoid this, stick to the following rules:
- NEVER take your key to a place like Walmart or Home Depot unless you absolutely must
- ALWAYS use a true local locksmith in your area (they'll always do a better job, and it's great to support local businesses)
- ALWAYS use an original key to make a copy

No complaints. product arrived intact, and no damage to the keys.
Just make sure you know which key you have when you take it to get it cut
So originally, 3 of the 5 keys didn’t work, and I sent emails trying to reach them. Then I left a review and hero’s armory quickly reached out to fix it. They were very good.
Found out the reason for no response to emails was because I don’t post my name in email so it went to spam. I’m glad they got it all fixed and I’m back to being a happy repeat customer.

Keys arrived on time undamaged. They are bigger than I expected which I think is awesome but it still fits in the palm of your hand nicely.
